Facts, estimates and examples
Issuer-reported or regulatory NAV observations, company-level source records, model estimates and illustrative calculations are labeled separately. A high model input does not establish a fund exit price, and a new headline is not proof that a financing closed.
Sources and dates
Primary company or regulatory documents are preferred. Media may provide context, but unsupported values, mismatched subjects and combined-entity figures are not automatically promoted into a standalone company input. Source publication dates are not replaced with retrieval dates to simulate freshness.
Automated review has limits
Automated source analysis does not replace issuer disclosure or an independent professional appraisal. Source unavailability and missing portfolio coverage are displayed as limitations. Original guides explain our implemented method; they do not claim every possible fund or security is modeled.
Advertising separation
Reserved advertising positions are explicitly labeled Advertisements. Advertising is currently disabled. No payment should determine whether a source record is included or what numerical value the model uses. Advertising positions are kept separate from source links, calculators and editorial conclusions.
Corrections
A correction should identify the fund or issuer, page URL, original event date, disputed figure and primary evidence. Material changes should preserve the distinction between a newly published document and a correction to an older source.
